ABOUT MANDATORY CARGO

Today on 16.05.2023 we received the Decision of the Chamber of the Second Instance of the Commercial Court regarding the Decision of the Chamber of the First Instance of the Commercial Court on the assignment of security measures against the Visametric company.

Since Visametric's appeal against the Decision of the Chamber of First Instance was rejected and we accepted the Decision today, Visametric will respect the Court's Decision and as of now offer customers a choice between delivery by courier service or personal collection of passports.

The following conditions apply for personal collection of passports: Passports can regularly only be picked up in person by the passport owners themselves. However, parents/legal guardians can pick up passports for children under the age of 18 and if spouses applied together one spouse may pick up both passports.
