If missing documents are discovered in your application file, you can benefit from this service.

Without having to wait for an appointment again, you have the opportunity to complete your application within 3 working days.

During this time, you can send the documents that are not required in the original by e-mail, while the original documents that are required can be left at our office or sent by mail.

Requests from applicants who agree to sign the missing documents form and who do not complete the missing documents within 3 working days will be submitted to the Embassy in this manner.

If you wish to withdraw your application, no fee will be refunded. Costs for our service for completing missing documents can be found here.
