Insurance Information

When applying for a Schengen visa, health insurance must meet the following criteria:

• must be issued in the EU (health insurance issued in Russia is not accepted);
• the surname and name of the insured person are indicated;
• the period of insurance is indicated (the minimum period is the period of the planned trip);
• the number of insured days during the trip (the minimum number is the number of days of the planned trip);
• territory of insurance - the whole world or countries of the Schengen agreement;
• the minimum amount of medical expenses and repatriation expenses, including the risk of death - 30,000 euros;
• if the applicant participates in sport activities while traveling, health insurance must also cover this.
