How to book an appointment

Important Update

Please note that due to the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, Visametric has closed all of its centres (London, Manchester and Edinburgh).

All appointments have therefore been temporarily suspended.

If you have filed an application with Visametric, please contact the call centre on 03455212600 to arrange a collection/delivery of your passport. Please note that our call centre operating hours have changed (Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 13:00 pm).

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we recommend that you check our website regularly for frequent updates on the current situation.

Before booking an appointment please note:

  • You can submit your application for a Schengen visa no earlier than 6 months before the beginning of your trip.
  • Prepare the required documents in advance and submit them on the appointed day.

Please provide only a full set of documents on the appointed day.

In order to accelerate the submission of documents it is highly recommended for the Online application form (Videx) to be filled, signed and printed out along with the barcode page before visiting the Visa Centre.

  • Check the Holidays Calendar for appropriate administrative district.
  • Book your appointment online and submit your application at one of the VisaMetric offices.
  • If you already have an existing appointment, a second one cannot be booked with same details.
  • In order to apply for visa through a VisaMetric visa application center you must hold a valid Residence Permit for the UK.
