After printing out the completed application form, we ask you to check all the data. Please do not forget to personally sign the pages of the form. Please submit the application form with the required documents when submitting your application.

Please note that submitting a handwritten application form will delay processing at VisaMetric as all data must be transferred manually.

The VisaMetric branch in Skopje offers an application form filling service. Applicants wishing to use this service can have their application form completed at the VisaMetric office for 1.230 MKD per application. An employee of the Visa Application Centre will enter the data provided by the applicant into the electronic form and enclose a printout of this form with the application documents. The entry is based on the information provided by the applicant.

The filling-in service is voluntary and does not relate to the advice on the visa application, which the Visa Application Centre continue to offer free of charge. The use of the filling-in service is is optional and has no influence on the decision on the application. The decision on your visa application is made by the German Embassy (not VisaMetric).
