Applicants who wish to apply in a more comfortable environment can use the VIP service. The application process will take place at specially prepared VIP offices.

VisaMetric VIP services include:

  • Fast service by a multifunctional experienced employee;
  • Services for filling out and printing out the application form (free of charge);
  • Photocopy and printout services (free of charge);
  • SMS notification on the readiness of documents after processing time (free of charge);
  • Biometric photography services (paid service);
  • Courier services for passport delivery (paid service).

Customers choosing our VIP service will have to pay the corresponding 47 € for VIP (see the button below for currency exchange rate) additional service fee, in addition to the visa fee and the regular Visametric service fee.
The VisaMetric service fee and the 47 € VIP additional fee should be paid in Tenge by cash or by credit card. Please note that the actual amount will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate.

Submission of documents with VIP service is not a guarantee of obtaining a visa or short processing time and does not affect the type and duration of the visa.
