Biometric photo
You can have the necessary biometric photos taken in the VisaMetric branches ensuring compliance with specifications defined by the diplomatic mission.
Application form filling
In the VisaMetric branches, our employees can support you by filling application forms for you.
Passport by courier service
You can register for the courier service during the application process at the VisaMetric branch. Once your application has been processed and your passport is returned to the branch, your passport will be sent to the address you provided. Please make sure that the data is correct. You can check the delivery status of your passport on the website of the Courier company.
Photocopy, fax and printing service
You can take advantage of additional services such as photocopy, fax and print in the VisaMetric branches.
Prime Time
The Prime-Time Service allows you to submit your visa application outside normal opening hours. Applicants who are unable to submit their visa application within normal opening hours can use this service.
Phone Notification Service
Take advantage of our convenient notification service! For just 300 RSD, we will inform you directly by phone as soon as your application has been processed and your passport is ready for pickup. This way, you stay updated without any extra effort!
SMS Notification Service
You will be informed by text message when your passport reaches Visametric offices after processing your application. We would like to remind you that lines blocking advertising messages cannot receive our text messages.
Collection of the application from home or the office
For applicants whose application does not require biometric data, we offer an exclusive document collection service. Upon request, we will pick up your application documents directly from your home or office – quickly, hassle-free, and with no extra effort on your part.
You can make use of the additional services of the VisaMetric branches for your visa application. The use of additional services does not influence the decision-making and visa issuance process.
