In our specially designed Premium Lounge area, our dedicated team will assist you throughout the application process, ensuring that your appointment is completed efficiently and with the highest level of comfort and convenience.

Premium Lounge
Applicants using the Premium Lounge service can enjoy the following complimentary services:

  • SMS notifications
  • E-mail notifications
  • Application tracking service

The Premium Lounge service fee is EUR 80, payable in addition to the applicable visa fee and service fee.
Please note that the use of the Premium Lounge service is entirely optional and is intended solely to enhance your application experience. Choosing this service does not influence, expedite, or affect the assessment and decision-making process of the Embassy in any way.

INFORMATION ON ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The use of additional services is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement for submitting a visa application.

Booking or using additional services has no influence whatsoever on:

  • access to an appointment or the allocation of appointments;
  • the assessment or processing time of a visa application; or
  • the decision of the competent diplomatic mission regarding the visa application.
