Can I send my application by courier?

No, applications sent by courier will not be accepted. Each applicant must apply to the VisaMetric office in person or through a person authorized by a power of attorney "

Is the duration of the travel health insurance and the duration of the visa up to date?

Travel insurance should cover your entire trip.

Can I change the shipping address?

No, it is not possible to change the address provided to the courier services in the manner specified at the time of application.

What are the passport delivery hours?

Passport delivery services are available from 9.00 to 12.00 / 13.00 - 18.00 in all our offices.

Can I track the delivery?

You can track your passport using the information provided in the text message sent by the courier company at your request."

Can someone else get my passport?

Passports cannot be delivered to anyone other than those named on the shipping receipt provided to you at the time of your application. You must present a valid identity document when collecting your passport in person, and someone else with power of attorney may obtain the passport by presenting the original receipt and a valid document with an identification number.

Can I cancel my courier order?

Yes, you can cancel your courier order. The applicant can cancel the courier order through the VisaMetric call center after the passport is issued from the embassy/consulate. Warning: canceled courier service orders are non-refundable."
