Before registering on the waiting list, you must first deposit a reservation fee of 30,000,000 Rials per person through an active Iranian bank to the following account. This fee will be refunded to your account after submitting your request.
** Note that it is not possible to refund the amount deposited into Saman Banks, accounts integrated with Sepah (Kowsar, Qavamin, Mehr, Ansar), please use any bank account other than mentioned above to pay the registration fee.

Booking appointments can be made for up to 6 people with the same purpose for the trip at the same time. Please consider paying all fees related to a family or group at once with one payment receipt.

- One working day after the transfer, you can register depending on the method used for the transfer. For card or mobile payments, enter the card number and payment date in the respective fields of the online appointment system. If you used Sheba transfer or Blue card to deposit your registration fee, you can get the Transaction code by sending an email to Visametric at irancustomersupport@visametric.com or contact 00982192000105.
- In the next step, please enter your personal data carefully, including your first name, surname, date of birth, passport number, email address, and phone number. Once you're registered, there's no way to change or edit your registration information.
- After registering in the relevant section (based on your trip's purpose), you will receive an email confirmation with PNR code at the email address you registered with. An appointment will be assigned to you based on the registration order. Checking the status of your appointment is possible by visiting the Dispaly appointment section.
- Once your appointment is assigned, you will receive an email with the appointment details sent to your registered email address from Visametric.
- Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel the appointment after the appointment has been announced, and if you do not attend the appointment and do not submit your request, the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
- Only before announcing the appointment, if you no longer need an appointment, you can cancel the reservation and notify Visamertic customer support for the reimbursement of the registration fee.
- If desired, you can utilize additional services at the Visametric office on your appointment day.
