Before applying:

  • Put together all the necessary documents for your application. Further information on the required documents can be found here.
  • Transfer the appointment booking fee to create an appointment to apply for a Schengen visa.

During the application process:

  • The verification of the documents and the collection of the fingerprints will be done in the Visametric office. From there they are sent to the respective consulate.

After the application:

  • To track your request via our website, please click here.
  • After the processing is finished, you can pick up your passport again by presenting your identity card and the original of your cashier receipt. If you would like your documents be delivered to your address at this stage, you can request via mail attaching the image of your cash register receipt, cargo payment receipt and ID card to the Visametric support email address to irancustomersupport@visametric.com.

The Schengen visa allows travel up to 90 days within the Schengen states. According to the visa regulations, you must apply for the visa in the country to which you are going to travel or spend a large part of your trip. If the main destination is another Schengen state than Italy, the application must be submitted to the Schengen representation responsible for this.
