Passport Collection (Free of Charge)

You may collect your passport in person from the VisaMetric office free of charge.

Once your passport has been returned to the VisaMetric office, you will receive an email notification.

Passports must generally be collected by the applicant in person. However:

  • Parents or legal guardians may collect passports on behalf of applicants under 18 years of age.
  • If spouses have submitted their applications together, one spouse may collect both passports.

Passport Delivery by Courier
Alternatively, you may choose to have your passport delivered via courier service. This option can be selected after submitting your application.

Once processing is complete, your passport will be delivered to the address you have specified. Please note that courier service fees apply. Fees.
