Online Application Form (Videx)
Please fill out the application form online using the following button and sign it. Below you can find information on how to use VIDEX.
After printing the completed application form, we ask you to check all data. Please do not forget to sign the pages of the form yourself. You then bring this electronic application with the other documents to the VisaMetric branch.
If you are unable to complete the application form electronically, please use the form below. Please note that submitting a handwritten application form will delay processing at VisaMetric as all data must be transferred manually.
The VisaMetric branch in Kosovo offers a filling service for application forms. Applicants who wish to use this service can have their Schengen application form completed at the VisaMetric branch for 20 euros per application. An employee of the Visa Application Centre will enter the data provided by the applicant in the electronic form on the Internet and attach a printout of this form to the application documents. The input is based on the information provided by the applicant.
The form filling service is provided solely at the applicant’s request and is entirely optional. It does not include any advice on the visa application. Choosing to use the form filling service has no influence on the decision regarding the application. The decision on your visa application is made by the German Embassy, not by VisaMetric.
Visa Fee and VisaMetric Service Fee
Please note that the appointment can be canceled up to 3 days(72 hours) in advance. Please plan accordingly so as not to lose your appointment.
- Visa Fee: Visa fees are collected on behalf of the embassy and forwarded to them to process your visa application.
- Service Fee: The service fee is charged by VisaMetric for accepting your visa application. The service fee charged by VisaMetric for each visa application is €30.
- Important Note: Payment of the visa fee and the service fee does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. The visa fee and service fee will not be refunded or transferred once the visa application has been forwarded to the embassy, or if the visa is refused or the procedure is dropped by the applicant. The Embassy accepts payment of visa fees exclusively in Euros. Applicants are kindly requested to bring the corresponding receipt for the amount paid, as the availability of change is extremely limited. Coins are not accepted, nor are €200 or €500 banknotes. Applicants who wish to avail themselves of the VIP service, in addition to the applicable visa fee and the standard VisaMetric service fee, are required to pay an additional VIP service fee of EUR 50.
- Please be advised that, in the event of non-attendance at the scheduled appointment, the VisaMetric service fee shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
