VIP Services (€ 50)

If you would like a more comfortable environment and exclusive service when submitting your application, you can take advantage of the VIP service in our VisaMetric branches. This offers you privacy and a selection of complimentary refreshments while you receive personal help and assistance from one of our experienced staff.

Create an appointment online before submitting your application, subject to availability. Please note that by booking this service you will not be given an earlier appointment to submit your application and your application will not be processed faster by the embassy than if you use the normal service.

The fee for the VIP service is €50 per person and also includes the following services free of charge:

  • Photocopy (Free of charge)
  • E-Mail (Free of charge)

In addition, the visa fee and the service fee per person apply. Using this optional service does not affect whether or not your visa is granted. The decision on your visa application is made by the German Embassy (not VisaMetric).

INFORMATION ON ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The use of additional services is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement for submitting a visa application.

Booking or using additional services has no influence whatsoever on:

  • access to an appointment or the allocation of appointments;
  • the assessment or processing time of a visa application; or
  • the decision of the competent diplomatic mission regarding the visa application.
