1. What additional services does VisaMetric provide?

 

In VisaMetric offices, you can use the following additional services:

  • take a biometric photo;
  • print documents or make necessary copies;
  • use the service of filling out the application form;
  • use the VIP service;
  • arrange services for notification of the readiness of the passport;
  • arrange a courier delivery service for a reviewed passport.

2. I need to print out the documents for visa application from a USB device. Can I use a computer in VisaMetric to print out documents?

 

For information security purposes, applicants' access to personal mail or printing from electronic media is not provided. However, on the day of applying for a visa, you can use the printing services at the VisaMetric offices, for this you need to send the necessary documents as an attachment in an email to the email address print.moscow@visametric.com. Please note that this e-mail address can only be used for the purpose of printing documents and only on the day when the applicant applies for a visa. 3. I need to fill out a visa application form, can VisaMetric staff help me with this?

 

You can fill out the visa application form yourself using the instructions posted on our website in the Online Application Form section.

If necessary, the service of filling out the visa application form can be provided by a VisaMetric employee on the day of submission of documents. The cost of this service can be found on our website in the Fees section.


 

4. Does the visa application center provide a service for the delivery of a foreign passport after the review process?

 

On the day of submission of documents, you can arrange for the delivery of a reviewed passport to the address you specified.

VisaMetric provides a document delivery service by Fox Express courier service. You will be able to get acquainted with the terms of delivery, the cost of the service and the deadlines during the submission of documents.


 

5. How do I know that my passport is ready to be collected?

 

You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your passport arrives at the VisaMetric office after the review process.

If, in addition to the e-mail notification, you need an additional notification about the readiness of your passport, then on the day of applying for a visa, you can activate the SMS notification service or the phone notification service. 6. Do I have to use additional services provided by VisaMetric?

 

All our additional services are optional. The use of additional services does not affect either the processing or the final decision of the German Embassy regarding your visa application.
