Application Form

You can choose to fill in one of the two application forms: printed version or online version.

Please note that the submission of the hand-written application form shall increase the documents’ submission time at the VisaMetric visa center, because in such case all data is being manually entered into the system by the manager during the documents’ reception.

At present time there are German and English versions of the Videx online application form for national visa.

This online application form should be printed with the barcode page and applied to the set of documents on the submission date.
