Please note, that private entities must have the following documents to receive their passports at the Visa Center:

  • the VisaMetric contract, which is handed over at the time of submission;
  • national passport or residence permit.


Apart from the above mentioned contract, the authorized person must have the personal national passport and the power of attorney (filled in DURING THE TIME OF SUBMISSION).

  • If your application status is – «at_the_consulate», at the moment your documents are under consideration in the Embassy.
    Please note that Visametric does not participate in the processing of documents and does not possess information about the stages, exact period and result of the review. The approximate period of consideration is indicated in the check list of the Embassy according to your visa category.
  • If your application status is – «return_to_VM» - your passport has been returned from the Embassy to the Visametric Visa Center and is being prepared for delivery.
  • If your application status is – «return_to_applicant» - your passport has been handed to the courier service. Expect the delivery.
