1. . Where can I get information about the result of my application?

You can find out about the results of your application once you receive your passport. Visametric does not have any information on application results.

2. How can I check the status of my application?

You can check the status of your application from the Track Your Application tab of our website by using your application barcode and the date of birth.

Visametric delivery: The application file is being prepared for delivery to the Embassy/Consulate.

At the Consulate: The application file is being processed at the Embassy/Consulate.

Consulate delivery: The processing of the application file at the Embassy/Consulate has finished and it is being prepared to be sent to VisaMetric.

Return to Visametric: The application file at the Embassy/Consulate has been returned to VisaMetric office where the application was made.

Delivery to the shipping company: After receiving the passport from the embassy/consulate, it will be sent from the Visametric office to the address you registered in the form for sending documents by post.

3. There is very little time left before my trip but my passport has not delivered to me yet. What should I do?

The entire process related to your application is up to the Italian Diplomatic Representative. The process of document examinations by the Embassy and returning passport to VisaMetric center would be taken about 15 working days for Schengen visa application, about 30 working days for Family reunion and Working visa application, about 120 days for Self-employment visa application, and about 90 days for other National visa applications.
